April 2nd of 2019 Changed My Life!

I have been living with awful vision since the 3rd grade and for the last couple of years I was getting so tired of wearing glasses and contacts. Especially I feel my life seems to revolve around how many contacts I need to have with me, the contact solutions, the extra contact case… The glasses, glasses case, glasses wipes.. etc… Miserable!

In October of 2018 I married my best friend!

For our honeymoon we went to the Keys in Florida and although it was gorgeous and fun, there were some things that people with ‘good’ vision could do that I couldn’t. I couldn’t go snorkeling or look for sand dollars! I am the type that would not take a chance with contacts or have faith that the snorkeling gear would keep it’s seal. I would also avoid water parks for this reason. Never been!

Longer story shorter… LOL,

Because of Dr. Parkhurst, Dr. Vanrachack, Dr. Nettleton, Keith, Mandy and Amanda and ALL of the staff there at Parkhurst NuVision (after getting vision correction) I have been to a local water park here in San Antonio for the first time in my life and had the best time of my life! Not a care in the world about contacts, losing glasses, or breaking glasses. Or switching back and forth from glasses to prescription sunglasses, UGH! Don’t miss that!!

Getting my eyes corrected, with contact implants specifically, has been the BEST thing I have ever done for myself!

Best investment! Best trust with the professionals at NuVision! BEST experience!!! They know how to keep a patient feeling safe and confident with something so precious as eyes.

Never felt pressured, always felt comfortable and like I was a long time friend. My husband and I were always updated by staff as to what was going on and what to expect next. Never felt in the dark about the whole procedure or process. All staff ALWAYS greeted my husband and I by our names like long time friends would.

I would repeat this whole process again if I had too.

My eyes were a -7.00 & -7.50… I NOW SEE AT A PERFECT 15/20 Vision. Never have I ever!

I cannot thank Parkhurst NuVision enough for allowing me to see the world around me as I wake up every morning without having to reach for glasses. I am able to see just how handsome my husband really is (he is so handsome that we are now expecting an addition to our family in May of 2020 🙂 !! )
