Dr. Matt Hirabayashi attended Saint Louis University where he graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. Originally from St. Louis, Dr. Hirabayashi completed most of his ophthalmology training in Missouri where he was selected as chief resident at Mizzou. He is passionate about education, technology, research, patient experience, and mentorship.

Dr. Hirabayashi received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Saint Louis University. He went on to receive his Ophthalmology Medical Degree from the University of Missouri where he also served as Chief Resident.
Dr. Hirabayashi’s interest in process improvement and high-quality, patient-centered care drew him to an interest in specializing in refractive surgery.
